Cool Pepco Prices!?!?!?!

I'll be moving into Silver Spring in about 2 weeks and I am trying to get a general idea of what the Pepco rates are for a standard 1 bedroom apartment, about 650 sq/ft. Understanding that it may very depending on usage, can anyone give me a rough estimate of what they have seen?????

Not sure about silver spring, but my wife and I live in a 900sqft DC one bedroom. Our pepco was $20 in March/April, and rises to around $50 in the summer when you factor in the aircon. Cheap as chips.
