Default Beltway traffic College park

Anyone know how long it would take to get from college park, md to rockville, md via the beltway? I'm specifically asking about morning rush say about 8:00am?

About 45-60 minutes depending on time, how bad the 95 / 495 interchange is that day, etc.
193 to 28 might be a faster alternative, again, depending on accidents, etc.

DO NOT take 193. I had a commute of College Park to Bethesda for about 9 months and it was miserable. While the beltway sucks, its better than 193 to 410. 193 only has one traffic light after another and if this surprises anyone...they are completely out of sync.
