I'm moving up from Miami as a teacher (with no job as yet). I want to know if I should live in MD or VA and what areas/suburbs?
-I'm looking for lively, social type, professional areas, as I'm single.
-I totally need diversity, especially african-american, asians etc
-I need safe areas
-Close proximity to the metro
