Default Baltimore County - buying help

I am in the market to buy SFH/Townhouse in Baltimore County. I need some suggestion on community or subdivision that relatively safe and decent school..
I do not want to move into a community that is either pre-dominantly white or black. I preferred some diversity.

help
thanks
