Default Hidden Creek in Gaithersburg Maryland

Hello -- I am looking at a townhome at Hidden Creek. Any thoughts about the neighboorhood and Ryan Homes? Thanks!

Sorry for reposting but I did not get any responses. I've heard this is a terrific place -- quiet, middle-class, with a clubhouse, near hiking trails, near the Shady Grove Metro. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

IMO, overall the Gaithersburg/Germantown area is pretty decent. There seems to be some gangs moving into the Germantown area, FWIW. That area has all sorts of things to do though, museums and whatnot. Lots of metro service if that's an issue. Big police force. It is extremely multi-cultural, which some people hate, some love. I think it is a bonus, myself. Know nothing about the Ryan Homes though; live in a 100 year old farmhouse.
