Wink Work in Arbutus

Hello everyone. I appreciate your knowledge and willingness to share with those who may be moving to MD. Looks like I might be working near Arbutus, where routes 695 & 95 cross.

Trying to figure out commute times TO/FROM this work area. If I mark a seven mile radius on a map to travel, all things considered with different traffic patterns, would it be reasonable to say my commute would be no worse than 20-25 minutes?

I'm also open to hearing names of towns/cities which you recommend, knowing where I might work. MANY THANKS!!!

Not sure if you have kids or not or what kind of price range you are looking for but Pasadena and Severna Park is nice. Glen Burnie would actually be closer, you can find nice communities there but wouldn't recomend the school systems.

Elkridge, some parts of Catonsville, and NW Anne Arundel County would all be pretty close (within 45 minutes with the worst traffic possible - ie: accidents, etc)

Thank you both! I'm a single woman and there are no kids to worry about matching up with school systems. I am open to options that suit me for a decent commute, and enjoy the community. From my research to date, for a 1 BR, I'd have to spend $800+ for the right communities.

Additional thoughts?

Thanks Janipoo! Additional info might help with location choice: single, no children, and hoping you can share commute estimates!

Elkridge, Arbutus, and Catonsville (where I live) are all nice areas, and within 15 min. of downtown Baltimore. Commute would be short 10-25min. from each, and you could do it without using major highways. Should be able to find 1 br. apt. in either of these areas for $700-$1000
