my freind is moving into north beach just needs some insight these areas also dunkirk, prince frederick apt/townhomws

Why north beach? I don't think there are alot of apartment communities in that area. That includes Dunkirk and Prince Frederick.

Not a whole lot in terms of townhouses in Calvert. They did just recently build some new townhomes in Prince Frederick, right next to the Chaplin Place Shopping Center (the one with the Food Lion). I'm assuming they are decent, so you might want to take a look.
