I do however think that these well meaning men will not be able to pull off the returns that they think they will on their POS CAfes and that the company will eventually crash on more of an over-forecast of revenue instead of some sort of scam. This link will give you some insight into the company.

DcBorn, what bothers me about the video(s) is their numerous references to "God's" work! Also, the use of the "race card" to rouse the crowd. This is typical of a " PONZI" scheme. The video is amusing and very demonstrative - but no substance. Where are the numbers and projections? I am surprised that "educated" men would be sucked in by another Andy scheme. Very interesting... Remember, the Bible states, "Render to Caesars what is Caesars". The reason the money changers were tossed from the temple b/c they mixed business with religion - get it? Keep reading and researching and you will find "TRUTH". Btw, they failed to mention in the video(s) that the MD MG can make one statement, "SHUTDOWN/TERMINATE". The same thing done to Andy in 2001. This will pretty much end their SCAM and bankrupt a lot of their investors. MDH and its partners are on a boat with a hold in it; the water is rising and the boat is slowly sinking. People are very scared. Check out the reaction and mannerisms of the audience when questions were asked. Did you notice the principals avoidance of a lot of the audience questions? They know they are going to loose. As a note: if it is appealed to higher court it will not be overturned. The MD AG holds the ball - not MDH, or MHD (Mobile Home Dealers).

The Check Bounced
There is a meeting in Washington D.C. going on right now, as I type.
This is a copy/paste from a recent email from MDH
"MR. WILLIAMS HAS ANNOUNCED THAT HE HAS CHOSEN TO BOYCOTT THE STATE OF MARYLAND. ALTHOUGH THE COMPANY FEELS JUSTIFIED IN IT'S BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS, MR. WILLIAMS FEELS THAT THE STATE OF MARYLAND REALLY OWES US, AND THE LISCENSED REALTORS AND LENDERS WHO CONDUCTED TRANSACTIONS FOR YOU, OUR EDUCATED PARTNERS, AN APOLOGY. THEREFORE NO ADDITIONAL MARYLAND TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THERE WILL BE NO MORE COMPANY SPONSORED GROUP PRESENTATIONS ANYWHERE!"
When I finally got my payment from MDH for the month of August............................................ ...
IT BOUNCED!

SoWhatNow, good to see you on-board! Sorry to hear about the "Rubber" check:-( ; it is not surprising. The "Boycott" is just one last pathetic attempt by Andy to buy time. Sad... Andy is through in this town and he knows it!
As the Captain would say, there are 950 souls on board. We need to pray for everyone affected by this scam.
Thanks for your post(s) to educate the community on what a SCAM this is. KUDOS!!!

I was glad to find this new thread. I couldn't access the scamDOTcom site either.
The bounced check really sucks but I guess we can add "passing bad checks" to Mr. William's growing crime list eh?

I like the way they try to make it sounds like they are quitting Maryland as their own idea... like they had any other choice. It's all about Maryland owing a lot of people an apology! I thought there was something about a Cease and Desist order???

So now, how are you going to handle that? I would take it to your AG's office and get them to prosecute immediately. I don't know the law, but having this check may put you at the head of the line for getting money when the AG shuts them down completely and in the short term they may actually pay you (with a bank check) to keep from being prosecuted.
It's up to you. You can accept this passively or you can fight back. Do they still have an office with employees? You might want to visit the office first to see if they will make the check good with cash or a certified (bank) check. But don't let them delay you from going to the AG. Visit MDH first and make your next stop the AG unless you have cash in hand.

I'm sorry to hear the check bounced. What did you do about it? Did you call them? What did they say? I'm still waiting to get my refund from them. They keep telling me its coming.

The cached web page for the scam.com site has a banner that says "stop hacking our forum!" FWIW, I don't believe MDH is responsible for this.

This outfit is only barred from recruiting in MD and VA. Has anyone seen evidence that they are still recruiting in DC, NC, CA or other locations? I don't find anything on the web.

Yeah, I've read all those. The issue with Maryland was the definition of the Business. Maryland says they are selling securities and need certain registration while Metro says it is in a different line of business.

Btw, Metrotvnetwork.com is old news; these folks are "brainwashed". There has been numerous complaints from individuals who have not had their mortgage paid . Is this kind of man you want to trust your finances with? Did you know that POS Dream Home is listed on the DNB as a Mobile Home Dealer with an annual income of $360,000. I guess if you "loose" your home from their SCAM, they will sell you a mobile home.

I am African American so the race card bothers me as well. They had a meeting Saturday and refunded the money of those who wanted it. Being familiar with it and the players though I still don't think it is a scam but I do think they are wildly overestimating the returns they can make. I been offered to go into the program and turned it down because I don't think it is viable in the long run but not because I think it is a scam. Like I said I know people on the inside.
Andy Williams was shut down in 2001 but he was never found guilty of anything crimimal because there was nothing there to find. I think people will eventually end up losing but not because of criminal wrongdoing.
