I want to build a house on private land in Fruitland, Md. Who do I talk to if I want to build a private road on private land?

There are numerous builders/developers who would love to take your money for the dwelling and utility hookups.

Your best bet is to work through financial agencies, they will know really well what builders will be suitable in your particular area. I have no affiliation with any builder but I believer Timberlake Homes Inc builds out there.
