Question Need info on communities b/t Balt & HoCo

My husband and I currently live and work in Baltimore. We are thinking about moving out to the suburbs along the 95 corridor between Baltimore and the edge of Howard County. Does anyone know a community that might fit most of the items below that we are looking for?

- Easy access to 95, with alternate routes to the city
- Homes that don't require a ton of work that are around $350
- Homes that are within walking distance of day-to-day conviences like the post office, grocery store, ect.
- A good school disctrict.
- Taxes that are not outrageous would be a super plus too!
- Would a single family home be too much to ask as well?

Thanks for any leads on communities for us to start looking into.

I agree -- Columbia you may be able to find something. Also, you might want to try Catonsville. It may be tough finding a single family home though for that price...
