Fun4mj: Your home is nice. DO your community have any ammenities such as a park,swimming pool,tennis court,walk trail. Also your tour ends really fast. The problem I had with the tour is as soon as I look at a room it changes so fast also it doesnot show a larger view of each room. Each room is aview of a corner then the floor. Folks want to see from one corner to the next.

I love the hardwood floor,near by shopping,The house is beautiful and I am pretty sure it will sell soon.

yeah try Calvert county you could get a nice single family home there Calvert County is not going to be has crowded has PG but is becoming more urban but not like 50 story high office buildings you could try to find a rural place but you will Never be to far from restaraunts or retail and lots of new stores are coming to Calvert also there building a nice community called Chesapeake Village and it will have about 350 homes in it when completed and thats being built by Quality Built Homes and is located in Chesapeake Beach and they are selling the homes at 500s to 650s Calvert has an excellent school system some schools even blue ribbon

Seconded. You will indeed find the land in Calvert, and the DC commute is not that bad really. There are a couple of backroutes from Rt 4/Penn Ave to lessen the Crain Hwy frustration, but no remedy for the time it would take to traverse - Its a solid hour under good conditions. The calm pace in Calvert is nice, tho... I grew up there.
