Default Bank and Insurance recommendation

Hi guys, I wanted to see what banks or car / renter's insurance you could recommend.

I have and like BB&T for my bank and have Erie Insurance. Can't complain...or tell you much about it other than that's what I have. seems good to me.

I have used BB&T and haven't had any issues, as well as M&T Bank. I second Erie for car and home/renters. I've used them for both and have had a few claims (water, hit and run) and never had any problems with them.

I'd look into a credit union too. If you don't need a physical branch at all - I've used ING for years and have no complaints.

Insurance wise - if you qualify for USAA, its hard to beat their service/prices. And they have banking services too (but again, don't count on physical branches in this area).
