Yes, MtAiry is a small town and very nice. I live in Damascus(technically Gaithersburg) just south of Mt Airy and also a very nice place. I am not sure about apts in Mt Airy, but I believe Damascus only has 1or2 and not very nice. Germantown has alot too offer and maybe even Clarksburg(they are doing alot of building there now......All of these cities are in Montgomery County.......Another option may be Frederick(price may be a bit better than Mont County although nowadasy who knows......I hope this helps some ....any questions just let me know.......have a nice day!
