Default Wallops Island, vA

First, I realize that Wallops is in VA and this is the MD forum -- but with potential plans of moving there, I would probably end up in MD.

I'm contemplating taking a position at Wallops and was wondering where most people who work there live at. I've been looking in the area and realize that the "big town" is Salisbury, although I've heard interesting things about crime rates, etc. there.

Does anybody know about Fruitland? Is this a relatively low crime area? Is it the "ghetto?" What does commute time look like between Fruitland area and Wallops Island?

Thanks for helping out!

LOL, Fruitland is far from "ghetto."
