Hello everyone. I just accepted a job in Waldorf and I'm very excited to relocate to Maryland. I need some advice on where I should look for an apartment in Charles County, or nearby.

If it would appeal to you, there are luxury places around the St Charles Towne Center in Waldorf. A 1 BR starts from the $1300's. Slightly further away is La Plata where there are more houses to rent.

My neighbors are teachers renting a townhouse in my development. Both relocated here. They said their rent is much cheaper than most decent apartment in the area; that a lot of them give you a great rate for the first year and then go up enormously with the lease renewal.
