Oakland in Garrett County Winter Utilities+
I am curious about what utilities are running now in town. I know they put in water since i was there. I am thinking of possibly moving back into the area. My mom who lives in Deer Park has told me horror stories about her new water and septic, i was wondering if they have gotten the problems fixed in Oakland.
Also how much is electric ( when using it for heating winter/summer) and water per month?Right now i am living in the south so electric costs for winter and summer is pretty much equal since we run AC in the summer.
I know the area has grown a lot since i used to live there is there a flea market or equal in the area or close by?
