Default Military transfer to Maryland...
We are transferring from Texas to Maryland... Thinking about living in Waldorf or La Plata... We have a child in the 8th grade.. How are the schools and any areas we should avoid? Thank you....

Have you thought about talking to some of the people in the Maryland forum to see what they think?

Good luck with your move. I lived in Silver Spring, MD at the end of the 90s and it was lovely.
