Vistas at BTC are better. Governor's Green has crime, and poor management, I had a friend reside there and every month his rent was a different amount, there were police all over the place, teens loitering in the halls/stairways smoking weed and other things. Also the walls were thin, I stayed over and heard neighbors doing anything and everything. He broke his lease after 7 months there. Also apartment rating.com (i hate ratings websites) has them in low numbers . Heather Hills is a decent area tucked away from BTC and has NOT seen crime that other neighborhoods around BTC have seen an increase in lately.
