Hello all,

I need help in deciding between the 3. I would like to live somewhere safe, low crime and decent schools. Also where houses are moderately priced (<$300K). I hope I am being realistic. I plan to move within the next year

Any of those towns will have at least 2 out of the 3.

Bowie-Goods schools, moderate crime, but the homes that are less than 300k tend to be in areas where there is crime, not murders, rapes, and other violent crimes. More like Property crimes. Elementrary Schools are great, however, the Middle schools are somewhat not so good, Bowie HS is a good school, but its starting to go a little downhill.

UM-Minimal to no crime. However Douglass HS and Wise HS are somewhat less appealing. Elementary schools are good, Middle school is pretty good.

Hyattsville-Moderate crime, depending on where in Hyattsville. Elementary schools are ok depending on the zone most schools feed into Northwestern which is pretty good for its Performing Arts, Roosevelt, which is highly regarded as the best school in PG.

Hope this helps. Good Luck
