Default Homes near to Rt.100

Hi,

We saw a home in Forest Creek in Forest Ave. Forest Ave is in Rt 103. Forest Creek is only 0.5 miles from 103 and 0.8 miles from Rt. 100.
From Rt.100 Exit is Coca Cola Dirve(i think the exit # 8).

I want to know the area

Is it a good neighborhood? It is a new Ryan Home for 655 (Avalon Model) with all upgrades..Is it worth on this area? We are maily concern about the area. It is in Ann Arundel County and 0.5 miles from Howard County.

Expecting you responses at the earliest.

Thanks in advance

Hmm, I don't know much about that neighborhood, but it's a very convenient location. We're off 103, but by exit 4. Check out the nearby schools and grocery stores to get an indication of the area.
