This may have been answered already, but I did search and can not find it.

I just got a new Job and I worked one week out of the bi-weekly UI I am supposed to claim.
Webcert does not allow to just claim one week and leave the other week blank.
If I include my income on the second week which will be $700 (my biweekly UI is 850) will they deny me or just give me the difference instead of my $425?

All I want is my one week UI which would have been $425 and leave the other blank but I cant.

Should I just claim for two weeks and keep the fund if they ask for their money back?
I do not want to be charged of fraud and that is not my intention. All i want is the one week that I deserve.

My paycheck is not until the 15th and there is no way I can go to work without any money, I may as well quit for no gas money, no food. Atleast I can extent rent.

Yeah, but if it were VA you would get like 30% less than you do in MD.
