Chesapeake Isle/Rolling Hills
Can anyone give me some information on this area (Chesapeake Isle/Rolling Hills) in North East, Cecil County. I've read all threds on Cecil County and North East and I haven't seen this area mentioned at all. How about nice communities in Elkton? Is Arundel a nice area? I'll be moving in 2 months and I don't want to just take my Real Estate agent's word for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

rolling hills/chesapeake isle
I also was curious about homes in here
I love the community but my fear is that it's 11 miles from the world... it also seems to be a lot of retirees in here i'd love to find a community like this with a boat DOCK instead of mooring...
