Default Any updates to this thread

Is there anybody who can update this thread. I am looking to buy single-family in Ellicott city / Elkridge in the upper 500 range. Is there any new developments coming in this range? I know this is highly doubtful but still hoping the builders would encourage more people in this range !!
I currently live in a townhome & would liek to upgrade to a single family in the good neighborhood & good schools area.
Though the overall housing is taking a hit, Howard county seems to be stronge enough and not showing any signs of drop ! Any idea how the housing in this county will be for future owners??
Thanks everyone. This is a wonderful site.

Due to schools and close proximity to Baltimore and Washington Metro areas, I truly believe that Howard County has the strength to hold its own in any market, including this one.
