Hello all,

I was hoping someone on the forum has some experience with the MPDU program for gaithersburg at a Bozzuto property. The Situation is My friend is approved for a apartment and I plan on staying with but they are telling me I would need to apply as a applicant. Together our incomes go over the maximum for this program. Does anyone have any experience if they kick out residence due to friends living in? How do they check? do they go through your apartment when you are not there. what evidence are they looking for when they decide to say you are violating your lease. Does anyone have a copy of Bozzutos lease agreement? what options would there be to be a authorized occupant? Thanks.

Do you have to have a parking permit for your car? If so, they could certainly track your car and how often it was in the lot.

I would not do this if it were me. How would you feel if both you and your friend were kicked out for violating the lease?

If you're only visiting for a couple of days, there is no problem. If you stay longer, they will notice. Unless you're hiding inside and never come out, they're going to notice someone there who shouldn't be. Maintenance people have to enter at times, and they will notice the signs that you're there. Why don't you two just be roommates at a regular apartment and not try to scam the system?
