Default Sykesville/Mount Airy

My son is looking to relocate to Sykesville or surrounding areas.Are there any inexpensive rentals in the area,either an apt. or rooms in houses?Ellicott City is another option so looking there also.Thanks.

Not really. Mount Airy is expensive since its been overpopulated and Ellicott City is Howard County so you will look at pricey there as well.

There are some apartments in Sykesville, I believe they are called Gaither Manor Apartments. I don't know what they are like. My aunt use to the bookkeeper for the owner years ago.

I would say your best bet would be if you are lucky enough to find something in a private home, basement apt or garage apt something like that check the times and bullitin boards in grocery stores, drive around, sometimes you will see sighs for rent if you have the time to do this good luck

My son is currently looking in Mount Airy for a single family home for him and 2 roommates. Going rate seems to be $1400 and up for a 3 bedroom and they are in short supply right now.
