3BR/1.5 Bath SFH for rent in Mt Airy - help! (Frederick: home, price)

I have a 3 bed, 1.5 bath single family home for rent in Mt Airy (Frederick county side). I am listing it for $1600 (a good price, I think) , and it is in good condition.

Any recommendations on where to advertise? I have posted on Craigslist, and will be putting a yard-sign out in the next few days. I need to get it rented fast, but this is my first time, and I am slightly out of ideas.

It is located in Frederick County. It is about a mile from the downtown area.

List it in the Frederick Post and the Gazette.

You could post it in hocomo freddies...google it...it maybe cheaper than the regular newspaper..and then there is the howard county times

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I am going to pay to place it into the MLS system. It might be more expensive than the other routes, but I think it will get more people looking at it.

I'm sorry you are having so much trouble renting your property. What development is it in?
