I've been looking for a sushi buffet for quite some time now and I can't seem to find a really good.

Any suggestions for sushi Buffet in the DMV area?

Live in Annapolis but wouldn't mind a drive

That's because the best sushi is individually made by the chef at the time of the order. You can't let raw fish sit out for hours and expect it to survive. Instead try this one: Sushiko

Don't tell me you only want vegetarian California rolls. Sushi is raw fish.

Speaking of Sushi, where can I get some Takeout in the central Maryland area?

I don't necessarily want to sit down at a restaurant all the time, sometimes I just want a dozen or so pieces in a box to take home. Is that OK? Not sure why that's so hard to find.

Are you near any of the Han-ah-Reum (H-mart) Korean grocery stores? They had good selection. We also used to be able to get takeout at the Yokahama in Wheaton.

I know you're able to get takeout from any restaurant, but it's awkward going that route. Would rather just buy at a grocery store if by myself.

Well if you were ever up in the Columbia/Ellicott City area there's an awesome lunch sushi buffet on rte. 40 called Niko Japanese Restaurant. They have it weekdays and on Saturday.

Niko is my favorite place to go to have a nice conversation with a friend. It's quiet and calming. Maybe not during the buffet, but in the evenings.

There's one is Philadelphia road called Kabuto and another one in Reisterstown road called Fujiyama. Kabuto is more upscale and Fujiyama is more like a small diner and both are good and reasonably priced..
