Default Hyattsville
I was trolling around the inter-tubes and came across these links for two LARGE separate Hyattsville developments that are in various stages of completion:

The size and quality of the developments were jaw-dropping. I always thought of Hyattsville as a bellwether city for Prince Georges, so for me It is good to see this kind of vision there.
