Are there any Davidsonville neighborhoods that have a lot of young kids? Are there any neighborhoods that still have available land to purchase? If we buy land and build a home, I don't want to be alone on a street. I want to be in a neighborhood with children. Thanks for the help!

Much of Davidsonville is large lot (5 acre or so) development. There are some developments north of Central Ave. which are smaller but there are still a lot of working farms in the area.

Much of the development in that area has focused on mini-estates/farmettes more so the tighter neighborhoods.

You asked elsewhere about public water in the area. None of the people I know in Davidsonville have public water or sewer.

Davidsonville is one of the most rural suburbs of Annapolis. The town has its own elementary school, so I would assume it probably has a lot of children. I have family that bought land and built a house there in late 90's/early 2000's, but later sold that house and moved to Severna Park. There is a lot of land there, but most of it is for farming. The website Zillow is helpful to find land available in Davidsonville.
