All of Allegheny County is a good place to live. My son was in College @ Frosburg University near Rawlings. Good luck!!!

I lived 5 miles west of Frostburg. We just moved last month to Tampa FL, for my husbands job. Allegany and Garrett county both have good school systems. The weather in Garrett Co. is very snowy compared to Allegany Co. What price range are you looking at. Frostburg will have a new highschool open next fall.
