Smile Winters in maryland...Jobs too.

Looking to relocate are the winters harsh and dry like in NYC? or milder? Lots of snow? Family of 3 one teenager, one respiratory/asthmatic. Also looking for
careers with developmentally disabled adults/people and/or the mentally retarded.

Winters are relatively mild (average temps low 40s). Not a lot of snow unless you are in western Maryland or far northern. In the central areas it might snow 3 or 4 times a year usually 3 inches or less. I'm sure the Maryland Department of Human Resources would be a good place to start looking for employment in your field.
