We have 2 dogs we take there as well. I've always loved the people there and I feel like they really care about my animals.

Stay away from Dr. Flavia Lewis! She wasn't up to date on some tests that were about to be pulled off the market for rendering a falso positive and as a result she misdiagnosed my cat and almost killed him. I got a second opinion that saved his life but the bad call Lewis made resulted in kidney issues for my cat and expenses for me for the rest of his life. IMO, that vet shouldn't even be a vet!

My wife and I were never big fans of VCA Lewis. They were always pushing expensive extras on us and making us feel guilty for turning them down. They have the most expensive rates we've ever seen. They really feel like a corporate enterprise. We just switched to Cat & Dog Hospital of Columbia‎ and they are definitely cheaper and the staff and vets seem competent.
