That is a very convenient location. We looked at those. Coming from a townhouse we made the leap into a SFH. My thought is a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, as clearly evidenced from this market. Think long-term about whether you want to be completely detached from others in the future and if you want some space (i.e., any type of yard) because a SFH is going to appreciate more than a TH over the long haul. It is easier to go from a SFH to another SFH than to leap up from a condo or TH to a SFH, in my opinion.
