Found A Home In Cumberland...........but Not Quite Sure About The Area...........buckingham Lane?....the School District......what Is It Like.........thanks

Is it buckingham Lane or buckingham rd. If its Rd. the area is decent. There are some nice homes in that area, but it does sit down in between the hills and there is a max/min security prison a couple miles from there. Its on
RT.220. There is a nice childrens medical center a couple miles down green st. and a elementary school right past that. If you are looking in Cumb. stay away from the south side. If there is a bad side of town that would be it, and the some schools are open air classrooms.
