Question Relocating to MD from PA- advice please

Hi,
I'll be starting a new job in Silver Spring next month and will be relocating from Pennsylvania. I have an offer to stay with family members while I start my job. I'm trying to find out which townhomes in the Ellicott City and Columbia areas would be recommended to check out. Are there any websites that provide reviews of different townhome communities in this area?

Thanks

Default Look in Jeffers Hill

Hey, I grew up in Columbia and the townhomes off Old Montgomery Road are nice, older- built in the 80s so probably a bit cheaper (but NOTHING is really cheap in the whole area), and the neighborhood is cute. I think the development or street is something like Helaine Hamlet Way. Anyway, IŽd look around there. Also, the townhomes in Oakland Mills, off Kilimanjaro Rd (I think) and Oakland Mills Rd are also really quaint, also older, though I donŽt know how safe that neighborhood is these days. Good Luck!

Default Maryland will be sweet

Maryland is alot like PA only that it is alot more a expensive here. The commute can be painful, along with aggresive drivers. But overall Maryland is a wonderful place to be, and it changed my life in a great way. Frederick is nice. It's not too big, not too small. There is a lot of diversity. I'm glad I live in Maryland, and you get that southern hospitality.
