I have materials to make lined drapery panels, sheers, and valances for a picture window and two front room windows. Also I have a pattern I'd like followed for the design of the valances. I've already installed the hardware for the draperies and valances. Does anyone know a seamstress in the Baltimore- Washington metropolitan area they can recommend who is good at sewing to make those items for a home?
