Default What's Up Crofton, MD!!
Our house is for sale in Crofton, we have been averaging 3 showings a weekend, this Sunday we have another open house scheduled. I'm not sure how to read the market, are people waiting for rates to drop again?

I'm looking to buy, probably in Crofton. I'm waiting for prices to come down. With everything going up, except my salary I can't afford to buy. I'm hoping that by the end of summer prices will have come down and rates will be close to where they are now. What is your opinion of the traffic in your area?
