Live in Delaware/Work at APG (Newark: condo, townhome, buy)

Can anyone recommend any townhome/condo communities in Delaware that are nice? Was wondering about living in DE and working at APG? Thank you.

I don't know of any specific communities, but I used to work at APG and knew of several people who commuted from the Western side of Delaware (Newark area). In my opinion, there seems to be more to do on the Delaware side compared to Cecil County, MD. One thing I'd recommend is taking Route 40 instead of I-95. For $5 you can buy a decal at the bridge over the Susquehanna, and that covers your tolls for a year instead of paying $5 each time. Good luck!
