King Farm is a very nice community in a good location that is closeby to the metro, 355 and 270. There is not much commerical development compared to the Kentlands in Gaithersburg, but there is a Safeway in the center area. There is also a great dog park and parks/walking trails in the area.

The only downside is that given the location, the cost to live there is high.

It's nice. I bet it's quieter than Kentlands but has a similar look/feel.

What's messed up about King Farm is that it's segmented into two different high school clusters. North of Redland Blvd. and you're in Gaithersburg HS. South of Redland, you're in Richard Montgomery. And there's a BIG difference between the two.

If you don't have kids, it's not a huge issue, but there are a LOT more places for sale north of Redland right now than south of Redland. I'm not sure how much of an impact the difference in school clusters is making in terms of resale value, though.
