That's the planned community people are talking about. IMO, it's great for young families, young married couples, and empty nesters. It might not be so great for a single person, depending on what you're looking for. You won't really be anywhere close to anything resembling a fun nightlife. There are plenty of restaurants and such within walking distance, but it's not going to be very exciting as far as a singles scene is concerned. You would have to go down to Rockville Town Square or downtown Bethesda for that.
Other than that, specificially, what do you want to know? It's pretty safe, and the property values seem to be relatively stable. Commuting options aren't the best; the roads around there get heavy traffic during rush hour, but they move right along. There are better school districts in Montgomery County, but there are also worse. Of course, since you say you're a single woman and you didn't mention a child, I'm assuming schools won't matter to you, anyway.
