I'm moving into a 1st floor apartment. Has anyone had a good experience with installing alarm system in an apartment?

I know that the leasing office will allow minimal alarm system installation procedures such as just getting the sensors on the windows and alarm system key pad on the wall.

Please share.

Thanks.

There are inexpensive to expensive webcams that you can setup via wifi. Just make sure it has motion detection and infrared. When it's activated by someone, the cam will send you an email/text alert within seconds and you can get snapshots and/or login to view live. For all doors/windows you can get real cheap velcro alarms that will emit a loud sound. Check amazon for the cams. Let me know if you have questions.
