Default Housing Market Edgewater
Hi All:

We usually hang out in the North Carolina forum as we hope to move there when we sell our home in Florida.

We am hoping for some feedback from anyone who knows the Edgewater area Home market. We have some interested potential buyers, but they need to sell their home in Edgewater. Is the house market still OK up in that area of Maryland?

Any input or insight is certainly much appreciated.
