Yep. I was an SPO (Maryland Special Police Officer) at Annapolis Mall back in the day. My real job was a software engineer at a defense contractor (IITRI) in Annapolis at the time. Lots of fond memories about Griffins.

"Anyone remember that stuff?"

I remember that on NOON on Saturdy's downtown Annapolis CLOSED.

You couldn't find a restaurant near "ego alley" nor Main St. open.

The only place I know of was the Rose restaurant just off Church Circle on West ST.

At 6PM the traffic lights went to "blink" yellow and at 9PM they were turned off.

There was NO Annapolis Mall.

Default Annapolis Horrible Now Too Much Growth

This was a nice place. Not now - greedy developers greasing palms of government. The traffic is awful, so much concrete everywhere now it looks like Los Angeles. Too many people, tons of illegals, very expensive. The charm is gone, the bay is filthy, I'm getting out!!

I too flee situations I helped create without realizing the irony of my emigration.

Back to the topic at hand, anyone know how long Annapolis Bowl has been there?

"Anyone remember that stuff? Yes. "a real estate business" Champion Realty.

I remember Annapolis BEFORE there was an Annapolis Mall.
Downtown Annapolis literally CLOSED at noon on Saturdays. The only 2 traffic lights started to blink at 6 PM and go OFF at 9PM
There was a movie drive in where the small Home Depot is BEFORE the old Parole Mall was built.

I remember all that too. Especially the drive-in movie theater. Saw some scary movies there.
Remember Chris Coile Realty?
How about Phileas Fogg Restaurant? I haven’t been to Annapolis in 25 years. Is it still there?
