Default Summer Camps Gaithersburg Germantown Darnestown Area

I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for day summer camps for school age children. I live in Clarksburg. I have five year old that will be starting Kindergarten this fall. I am not worried about this summer as I have her signed up at a top knotch local daycare/preschool.

However, this summer, I would like to evaluate other alternatives for next summer as she will be getting older and want to see how the daycare/preschool program compares to others geared to older kids. I have heard good things about Barnesville School and it is close to where I live. I need something that includes an aftercare program because I work full time.
I am looking for something that is fairly structured. Thanks!

Default Summer Camps I Found

Update....my husband doesn't want my daughter to go to a camp with horses (too dangerous)... So that leaves out a good number of them.

The Gazette had a summer camp special this week...

Here are a few others I found..that meet my criteria in terms of location, cost and aftercare.

Bar-T Mountainside...Located in Urbana but they have busing to and from Germantown.

Hill Gymnastics..they have sessions to August 18th.

Mad Science...they have weekly programs at Rachel Carson Elementary.

Has anyone had any experience with any of these programs? Specifically, I am interested in the quality of the aftercare programs. I am particularly concerned with the aftercare @ Bar-T... Is it any better than the afterschool care?
