A growing Hagerstown marketing, technology and entertainment company is planning a multi-million-dollar project that would revamp an old industrial site in the city.

HighRock Group announced Thursday it will acquire the nearly 14-acre parcel at 529 Pangborn Blvd., the once-bustling site of The Pangborn Corp. until the company closed its Hagerstown plant in 2000.

If they're investing that much money in the property, I imagine they'll stick around a while.

Awesome news, great reuse of an old run down site. Beautiful park across the street, this is going to be a real nice project for the neighborhood.

That's great news. A huge project like that will make good use of a site that was otherwise not productive. That will be a tremendous gain for the neighborhood.
