Hi! Does anyone have any insight into these areas? We have an infant son and are looking to buy. We have a couple of specific questions, but any information you can give is much appreciated!

We'd like to be able to walk to the town center...are both of these areas pretty walkable?
Is there much of a community or do people generally stick to themsleves?
Are there young kids around?

We are in the same boat.
I see it has been a few months since your post and i wonder what the decisions was?
We are looking in the same areas as well as College Gardens.
Would love any feedback.

We have an almost 2 y/o and a baby on the way and are also looking for things to walk to as well as a cozy neighborhood community.

thanks!

My sister lives in Woodley Gardens. The neighborhood is definitely walkable with beautiful surroundings. A park is nearby where my sister takes her dog. Moreover, the neighborhood is friendly. Most of the kids have grown up (as with my sister's two kids); therefore, I haven't seen many very small children. At any rate, there is close proximity to town center. It's a wonderful area.
