Question Looking for single family rental - 30min from Federalsburg

Hello everyone. We are current residents of the lower Eastern Shore but we're interested in moving because of a job change. We have 4 small children so we're looking for somewhere safe to live, where we can rent a single family home for around 1300 per month. The problem is we're currently in an apartment and we have NO idea how to go about looking for a rental (former military, they made it really easy) nor any ideas about where would be a good area to locate ourselves. the job is in Federalsburg so we'd like something within 30 min or so of there.

Any ideas or suggestions on where to start looking or who to call ?

We need a 3-4 bedroom house, preferably with a large enough yard for the kids to play in, we love Federalsburg but the "downtown" area seems to be a bit too cluttered, and i assume all the houses a bit more spread out are for sale only. I'm just lost and i don't even know where to begin really.... any ideas are greatly appreciated !

I'm not really familiar with that area but suggest that you call several real estate companies in the area. Most real estate companies have someone who handles rentals. Check the local newspaper for ads or see if there is a listing on Craigs List.
