In Texas each county is an appraisal district and people can look up properties -value- info Buffalo NY has even more detailed info.


What about Maryland?


ALso which agency does the zoning and have the zoning records?

If you’re looking in Frederick County, you can get a wealth of other type of information from a very cool source. I loved playing around with it when we were looking for property. Start here.....

You will need to create an account, simple and costs nothing. It will allow you to see topgraphis plots at 2 ft. vertical resolution for any property, overlaid with aerial imaging, shows zoning, etc. It’s actually a really fun site once you learn to use all the tools.
