I'm not sure exactly what it is about the Balt/Wash corridor, but man this is probably the least laid-back place I've ever been.

It beats the hell out of the Boston, Long Island, and the New York City circus. I was up in Boston and they were driving on the shoulders of the main road during rush hour.

It never was anything special. I have lived near it since 1976. Most people in the area see it as nothing more than an eyesore.

If you like farm animals you might like those exhibitions, but otherwise.

(I bike through the fairgrounds almost daily year round, and they rarely have anything that would interest me. And they have in the past, but it's usually not well organized, people don't come, and then they stop having it.)
