Recently, I was in Havre De Grace, and I seen a whole bunch of vacant lots and roads looking like a neighborhood with no buildings. Then later that day, I found out from my dad that there was an apartment complex called tranquility place. Does anyone have any pictures or background knowledge on this area?

Looks like the Tranquility Place townhomes were torn down quite a while ago. Here's an article from the Baltimore Sun about the proposed replacement:

For the love of all things holy, please do not decimate and desecrate Havre De Grace with new low income housing. Let there be at least **a couple** nice places in a America. Not everyone should be everywhere. Besides, there are very little employment opportunities in HdG. Last thing we need are more unemployed people living where employment prospects are weak.
